Oopsie, I missed a post!

Oh dear! I missed a post! It could not be helped. I was out of town yesterday, and away from house longer than I thought I would be. And today's post isn't going to be that great, but I didn't want to drop the ball entirely.
Well, today my husband & I went around to a few different stores, looking for sales on Halloween/Horror DVDs. Last year Best Buy had a pretty good sale on, so that's where most of the titles we picked up this year came from. All under $10! I really like these sales because it gives me a chance to fill holes in my collection, especially with things like 'The Shining' & 'Evil Dead' 1 & 2. 'Poltergeist' is replacement for my VHS copy. I'll probably be watching a little bit of these before I go to bed. Mmmm, sweet dreams!

  1. It always impresses me that you and others manage to post so often. I can't ever seem to find the right way to say the things I want so mainly end up posting every couple of days when I've finally sussed it out!

As for the films, we've had a poundland open in the nearby town and I spent £20 on different horror films, got a great collection now so I can totally appreciate what you mean! Whats your favorite one?

  2. Now that October is over, I can't believe it myself that I posted (almost) every day! There was quite a bit of prep work involved, but not quite enough. It's a lot of work.

I still haven't managed to get thru all these DVD's, I've been so busy. So it's hard to pic a fav. I'm also a weird seasonal watcher, which means I'll hold off on watching 'The Shining' until it's winter. 'Poltergeist' is a summer movie for me. I really want to watch 'The Descent' again, as I've only seen it once. I heard my husband watching it last week, while I was working on the computer. He kept taking breaks, because it's a stressful movie to watch. And I really want to watch the 'Blacula' movies & 'Blackenstein', because I've never seen them
